Mahindra IvyLush Project Status

The Mahindra IvyLush project status shows that it was in the prelaunch stage. The project was launched on Dec 24, 2024, and is expected to launch on Feb 09, 2025. The completion date of the project is expected on 30-12-2029, which is almost six years from the launch of the project. The project has got approval from PMC, part, and MahaRERA authority; once the project launches, construction begins after a week of launching.

Highlights of the prelaunch stage of Mahindra IvyLush

During the prelaunch period, the Mahindra lifespace group will start marketing concepts of Ivylush projects, exhibit blueprints, and start to engage with potential buyers. Also, the company will make special offers and prices for the launch date.

Birla Trimaya is a LifeDesigned themed apartment project developed by Birla Estates that offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. The project is located in Kharadi Annex, Sector R-14 of the integrated township, village Wagholi, Pune – 412 207. This venture spans over 50 acres of land with 85% open space and 40-plus rated amenities. The price of an apartment in Birla Trimaya starts at INR 93 lakhs and goes up to INR 2.07 Cr for a size range of 769 sq ft to 1,699 sq ft.

The project status of Mahindra IvyLush from the launch date to the possession date 2025-2029 will be as follows

• Once the project is launched in February 2025, by the next four to five months, the group will start the excavation, also, together with the basement process of 5 towers of Mahindra Ivylush.
• By the end of 2025, the construction of a 3-step basement and 2-floor parking will begin with ground-floor construction. This construction can be completed by the end of December 2025.
• From January 2026, the construction group will mindfully start developing and almost complete 5-10 floors within the quarter year. By the end of 2026, the team will complete half the structure of the project. The completed half structure refers to 15 to 16 floors in each tower.
• Once the construction of the towers, clubhouse, and amenities is done in 2027, the company will go for interiors, electrical, painting, railing, and plumbing works in 2028.
• The interior work will take almost one year, and phase one of the Mahindra Ivylush will finally be given for possession in December 2029. Once phase 1 is completed with construction and legal procedure. The group will get ready for possession of phase 2 of Mahindra Ivylush, which will begin in August 2030.
