The maintenance charges in Mahindra IvyLush Lush are collected in Two ways,one is during booking of Apartments the developer collects an advance maintenance fee of Rs. 75/- per sq. ft. from the apartment buyers for 2 years. Once the property is purchased, the developer has to fix the monthly maintenance charges, which may range from Rs. 5 to Rs. 6/- per sq. ft., to maintain the entire township, staying healthy and functioning properly.

For residents of Mahindra IvyLush located at Kharadi Annex, Sector R-14, Wagholi, Pune – 412 207, the monthly maintenance charges are below.
